The US-American Social Science Research Council (SSRC) awarded Dr. Akihiro Ogawa the prestigious Abe Scholarship, named after the former Japanese Minister for Foreign Affairs. Dr. Ogawa will use the award to continue his new project entitled "Lifelong Learning and Globalization: A Comparative Study of Europe and Japan".
