The Essen College of Gender Research (EKfG) examines the gender relationship as well as sex differences with regard to the realities of people’s lives, their opportunities for social participation, their access to material and immaterial resources as well as with respect to norms, values and rights. In May 2019, the College celebrated its 20th anniversary.
