Awards and Distinctions

Prof. Florian Leese received the 2018 Water Resource Prize worth € 100,000.00 from the Rüdiger Kurt Bode Foundation. In 2018 he was also elected as speaker of the “Water Research Perspectives Commission” (successor to DFG Senate Commission on Water Research, KoWa). Prof. Michael Ehrmann was appointed Honorary Visiting Professor of Cardiff University (UK) in 2017.
